This is preposterous!
In the UK carbon rationing is being put through a trial run. Citizens will be required to submit a quarterly carbon use report and will be fined when they exceed their personal carbon ration …If we allow the CAP and TRADE regulations here we too will be subjected to this carbon rationing scheme. This could be as simple as one extra trip to the gym or the grocery store…
